New And Young Version
SCURO replica watches, the young brand that brought us the Model S Titanium Diver has just announced their latest model and an interesting take on the pilot’s watch. The SCURO Bronzo builds on the brand’s commitment to produce robust and well-designed timepieces that are both versatile and affordable. Like the dive watches that came before, SCURO kept things simple with a strong focus on reliability, which of course, is one of the most important qualities in a watch meant to serve both pilots and divers. With features like a bronze Super Compressor-style case and vibrant dial colors, the SCURO Bronzo also aims to offer tool watch lovers something a little different.
If it wasn’t apparent in the Model S dive watches, it should now be evident that SCURO prefers to use the best materials available in the development of their watches. In the case of the SCURO Bronzo, that material is CuSn8, a marine-grade bronze alloy that is known to patina nicely with age. This is also a more versatile case material than most people might think and the SCURO Bronzo is equally at home in both casual and formal settings. Whatever situation you find yourself in, it should also be noted that like all SCURO timepieces, it is backed by a one-year warranty.
Bigger Dial And More Thickness
The SCURO Bronzo’s case measures 42mm in diameter and has a thickness of 13mm including the domed sapphire crystal, which makes for a slim profile in a watch with this much wrist presence. The lug-to-lug measurement was also kept to just 50mm to work with a variety of wrist sizes. Water resistance is 200m and the Bronzo’s twin-crown design gives the watch a distinct look that exudes utility and practicality. Both of the crowns are embossed with SCURO’s ‘S’ logo and if you haven’t guessed it by now, one of the crowns controls the movement functions while the other is dedicated to the bidirectional custom-designed internal bezel.
Another standout feature is the sandwich dial with its deep cutouts for the Arabic numerals that rest on the luminescent layer. Aside from that bottom layer, the cathedral-style hands are coated with Super-LumiNova for maximum visibility in low-light conditions. Additionally the dial is available in two “burst” colorways; Vintage Blue and Vintage Brown. Both of these dial finishes are meant to compliment the bronze case no matter how clean or patinated it may appear.
For the movement, SCURO fake watches UK chose the venerable Miyota 9015. At just 3.90mm in height, the movement allowed for the relatively slim case profile mentioned previously and also provides reliable timekeeping. It offers both hacking and hand-winding and operates at 28,800 bph for a smooth, sweeping effect. One thing to note is that it also boasts a 42-hour power reserve and supports the discreet date function located at 6 o’clock on the Bronzo’s dial.
Currently, the campaign for the SCURO Bronzo dial replica watches uk are live on Kickstarter with Super Early Bird pricing starting at just $299 AUD. There are also a handful of available strap options that include sailcloth and brown Italian leather depending on what additional options you’d like to add on. Among other things, there are also options for a no-date dial, exhibition case back, and more depending on your pledge amount.
